Login Help

This page is intended to help those who are having difficulty logging into the elist and email system. If you click on the Elist and you get the following login screen, you are not currently logged in.

If, instead, you get the Elist with text similar to the following at the top, you are logged in and can use the elist and email system normally.

If you type your user name and password and click Login, and you just bounce back to the same screen, the first thing you should check is to see if you are using the right login and password. Type just your user name OR your email address into the User Name field as shown below.

Now click the "Lost Password?" button. You should immediately be taken to the screen show below.

When you check your email, you should have an email that looks similar to the following -- if you are using HTML emails -- waiting for you. If not, check again in 10 to 15 minutes, it should have arrived by then.

Please be careful with capitalization. If you are using the login name "TestUser" and you type "testuser", or "Testuser", or "TestuseR", or any other similar variation, it will not work. Similarly, if your password is "testuser" and you type "TestUser" or any other variation on capitalization, it will not be accepted.
